Pastor Royce W. Phillips

A 1976 graduate of Baptist College of Springfield, Missouri with B.A., and Th.G. He has done graduate work at the University of Iowa and Louisiana Baptist Seminary.

Pastor Phillips is the founding Pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church, which had its beginnings in 1983.
